Bogota, January 6 (Prensa Latina) Colombian Foreign Minister Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio reiterated her country's condemnation of the armed aggression perpetrated against Venezuela by the United States and asserted that the motive for the hostility revolves around oil reserves.
