San Juan, May 27 (Prensa Latina) Governor Pedro R. Pierluisi on Wednesday announced the issuance of a decree to establish the Advisory Commission on Poverty in Puerto Rico, which affects 44% of its population.

Tokyo, Apr 29 (Prensa Latina) Governor of the Japanese prefecture of Fukui, Tatsuji Sugimoto, on Thursday said that he approved resuming operations in the nuclear plants of Takahama and Mihama, without mentioning the need of storing the spent fuel.
