Authorities confirm 227 deaths from earthquake in southern Haiti

Port-au-Prince, Aug 14 (Prensa Latina) The Civil Protection Directorate confirmed today that the number of deaths from the earthquake increased to 227 and hundreds of injured were registered, while warning that figures could increase.
