Havana, Feb 23 (Prensa Latina) The Japanese ambassador to Cuba, Nakamura Kazuhito, presented the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun to Vice Prime Minister Ricardo Cabrisas, as a sign of the relations that exist today between the two countries.
