Bogota, Nov 6 (Prensa Latina) Colombian Foreign Minister Álvaro Leyva Durán will meet with Carlos Argüello, an agent of Nicaragua at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, to start a harmonious work related to the rulings of that entity, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Monday.
