Damascus, Sept 21 (Prensa Latina) Some seven civilians, including two minors, were killed in northern Syria during clashes and bombings between the Syrian Army and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), an armed alliance led by Kurdish militias and backed by the United States, Official sources reported today.
