Quito, Sep 27 (Prensa Latina) Ecuadorian writers and artists praised Wednesday the literary value of the lyrics written by Cuban troubadour Silvio Rodríguez, who will soon receive the "Poeta de Dos Hemisferios 2023" (Poet of Two Hemispheres 2023) prize in Havana.
