Mexico, Jul 27 (Prensa Latina) The multipurpose ship Arm Libertador Bal-02 set sail today from the port of Veracruz with aid for Cuba, the second to leave from this state and tomorrow a third will set sail, the Arm Papaloapan A amphibious warfare ship.
