Brussels, Jan 10 (Prensa Latina) The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, the Head of the European Council Charles Michel and the European Commission (EU) President Ursula von der Leyen on Tuesday signed a strategic agreement to reinforce more military aid for Ukraine.
