Moscow, Feb 9 (Prensa Latina) The replacement of Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with Oleksandr Syrskyi, will not change the course of the Russian special operation, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
