Caracas, Aug 21 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro recalled today the 18th anniversary of the historic Sandino Commitment, promoted by Cuba and Venezuela, which since then has made it possible to assist visually impaired people in Latin America.
