Kinshasa, Dec 2 (Prensa Latina) The presidents of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Felix Tshisekedi, and of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, will sign on December 4 a peace agreement between the two countries in Washington, D.C., the United States, the press informed. The DRC media echoed the White House announcement, which added that several leaders from the region, including the presidents of Burundi and Kenya, will be present at the ceremony.
