Budapest, Sep 13 (Prensa Latina) The failed policy of sanctions against Russia has dealt a blow to the economy of the European Union (EU), and the rupture of contacts with China will completely ruin it, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on Wednesday.
