Damascus, Jan 20 (Prensa Latina) Youssef Qablawi, Chief Executive Officer of the Syrian Oil Company (SPC), announced on Tuesday a comprehensive plan for the rehabilitation of the recovered oil and gas fields in the northeastern region of al-Jazira.
