Kinshasa, Aug 23 (Prensa Latina) The prosecutor general of the Supreme Military Court, (SMC) Lucien René Likulia, has requested the death penalty for former president of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Joseph Kabila, accused of treason and war crimes, the press reported today.
