Santo Domingo, July 20 (Prensa Latina) Progressive organizations in the Dominican Republic called for a rally in front of the Presidential Palace to prevent the approval of the Penal Code, that is pending a second reading in the Senate and which, in their opinion, represents a setback in terms of rights.
