Moscow, Jul 9 (Prensa Latina) Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced on Wednesday that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will visit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) for the second round of strategic dialogue.
