Djibouti, Dec 27 (Prensa Latina) The IGAD Secretariat reiterated its firm commitment to Somalia and rejected the announcement made by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of recognizing the semi-autonomous region of Somaliland as a sovereign State.
