The company will present on September 16 the show “¡Cuba Vibra!” (Cuba Vibrates!) at Thailand Cultural Center, a stage on which singer Placido Domingo, the National Ballet of China, the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra (Czech Republic), and Samara Opera & Ballet Theatre (Russia), among others, will also perform.
Several artists and ensembles from different countries will grace the 27th edition of the artistic festival from September 6 to October 15, 2025. It will showcase musicals, dance, circus, and operatic creations this year.
A company statement noted that ¡Cuba Vibra! explores the music and diverse dances of the Caribbean island. Its last performance took place at Santa Lucia International Festival in Mexico almost a year ago, with a warm reception.
The show presents rhythms that have shaped the island’s history from the 1950s to date, incorporating closely related foreign influences.
