Alfonso made public her presence in the initiative through social networks and considered herself ‘lucky to find myself among those who will act in this series’ launched by the Latin Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.

Guests include rapper Candy Bleakz (Nigeria), singer, songwriter and producer The Change (Dominican Republic), Afropop, dancehall and rhythm and blues representative MzVee (Ghana) as well as DJ and producer Michael Brun (Haiti) .

Each episode of Global Spin will feature a performance by a notable singer-songwriter or group and will celebrate both the creators and their home countries with biweekly broadcasts.

Music is something that transcends borders. We are excited to celebrate the international community and take our fans on a journey around the world through music, highlighted the producer and creator of the Alina Vission initiative.

This year, the musical entity will broadcast from its official YouTube channel and digital platforms, thus responding to the update of the Best World Music Album category that focuses its reach to the international community.

With the continuous evolution of music technology and social networks, the Academy extends its work to new audiences to honor creators from all over the world, highlights its official website.
