The State Duma speaker stressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin did “something probably impossible.” He avoided the bloodshed, and his words reached the Wagner fighters.

On Saturday evening, Wagner fighters captured the Southern Military Headquarters in Rostov-on-Don city, and Wagner Chief Yevgeny Prigozhin called for an armed rebellion.

The Russian leader described the actions as a criminal adventure, a stab in Russia’s back, and a betrayal.
