In a statement, they repudiated the intentions of the Donald Trump administration to “implement new laws to suffocate our country, the Cuban Government and our heroic people.”
The Board of Directors of ACCREVEN objected to “the unjust and arbitrary economic, commercial and financial blockade that the Government of the United States has maintained against Cuba” for more than six decades.
“From the Bolivarian Republic we raise our voice to tell the world that Cuba is not alone,” the Association noted.
The statement stressed that “the community of patriotic Cubans, who are deployed in this country, will support the homeland of (José) Martí and Fidel (Castro) from all possible sources and in all possible ways.”
