The Chinese ambassador to Nicaragua, Chen Xi, after the opening of the project the day before stressed that this is a new and innovative practice of exchange and cooperation in the cultural field between the two countries, and of great importance to promote the collaboration of children’s education, the web portal “El 19” reported.

“I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the friends from both nations who have supported and contributed to the founding of this choir,” Xi said.

In turn, the presidential advisor for investment and international cooperation, Laureano Ortega, conveyed gratitude to the Chinese people and government and to President Xi Jinping on behalf of the highest Nicaraguan authorities, for what they have done here since the reestablishment of diplomatic relations three years ago.
