In addition, the amounts disbursed for the purchase of equipment and television programming disappeared without explanation, the unionists pointed out.
Subcontracted workers with signed work contracts did not receive their salaries for a year, despite an operating budget.
They also denounced the signing of juicy agreements outside the norms, signed with the telecommunications companies Digicel and Natcom, as well as with other institutions in the country.
The authorities should also act in the case of employees who live outside the country, and continue to receive their salaries, while those who work here are not valued, the unionists stressed.
