In her opinion, the 11th International Neva Ecological Congress demonstrates this failure, as it will bring together delegates from 76 countries on May 22 and 23 in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
“Such representation on the Congress platforms, along with other brilliant events of recent days, such as the Victory Parade, emblematic official visits, and the 16th International Economic Forum Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum 2025, confirm the West’s inability to isolate Russia,” Matvienko stated.
For the Senate Speaker, the West should forget about it forever and not hinder the solution to problems that are truly important to everyone.
