“An attack by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran would inevitably turn into a global nuclear conflict,” the statesman warned in an audiovisual video published on October 15, 2010, and released this morning on the Cuban leader’s social media.
Total peace will only be guaranteed when all nations that possess nuclear arsenals, including Israel, destroy them and the frenzied arms race that threatens to destroy the human species is halted, Diaz-Canel stated.
In the message, Fidel Castro went over the studies conducted by the prestigious scientist Albert Einstein, who “was a driving force behind the development of this (nuclear) weapon before the genocidal Nazi regime acquired it,” he reflected.
He emphasized the obligation of governments to respect the right to life and denounced the imminent danger of a conflagration involving the use of this type of weapon.
In the same message, he stated: “I have not the slightest doubt that an attack by the United States and Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran would inevitably turn into a global nuclear conflict.”
He also emphasized that “people are compelled to demand the right to life from their governments. When the lives of their species, their people, and their loved ones are at such risk, no one can afford to be indifferent… Tomorrow will be too late,” he predicted.

Recuerdan en Cuba vaticinio de Fidel Castro sobre conflicto nuclear
La Habana, 17 jun (Prensa Latina) El presidente de Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, recordó hoy el vaticinio del líder histórico de la Revolución, Fidel Castro, sobre las consecuencias de una guerra entre Estados Unidos e Israel contra Irán, escenario actualmente en curso. “Un ataque de Estados Unidos e Israel contra la República Islámica de Irán, se tornaría, inevitablemente, en un conflicto nuclear global”, alertaba el estadista en un audiovisual publicado el 15 de octubre de 2010, y divulgado esta mañana en las redes sociales del mandatario cubano.
La paz total solo estará garantizada, cuando todas las naciones que poseen arsenales nucleares, incluida Israel, los destruyan y se detenga la enloquecida carrera armamentista que amenaza con destruir la especie humana, señaló, Díaz-Canel.
En el mensaje, Fidel Castro recuerda los estudios realizados por el prestigioso científico Albert Einstein quien “fue impulsor del desarrollo de esta arma (nuclear) antes de que el régimen genocida nazi dispusiera de ella”, reflexionaba.
Señalaba la obligación de los gobiernos de respetar el derecho a la vida y denunciaba el peligro inminente de una conflagración con el uso de ese tipo de armas.
En el propio mensaje afirmó: “no albergo la menor duda de que un ataque de Estados Unidos e Israel contra la República Islámica de Irán, se tornaría, inevitablemente en un conflicto nuclear global”.
Remarcaba, además, que “los pueblos están obligados a exigir a sus gobiernos el derecho a la vida. Cuando la vida de su especie, de su pueblo y de sus seres más queridos corren semejante riesgo, nadie puede darse el lujo de ser indiferente… Mañana sería demasiado tarde”, vaticinó.
