On the social network X, the Foreign Minister wrote that his Government celebrates the ‘release of Venezuelan migrants deported by the United States and imprisoned in El Salvador.

The return to #Venezuela of these citizens constitutes a triumph of the Bolivarian and Chavista Revolution, led by President Nicolás Maduro.

The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty also celebrated together with the people of the South American nation the release of 252 Venezuelan citizens who were illegally detained in the Terrorism Confinement Center in El Salvador.

The Latin American and Caribbean integration bloc congratulated President Nicolás Maduro for “this significant achievement, which restores peace of mind to hundreds of Venezuelan families and constitutes an example of firm leadership, human sensitivity and sovereign action in the face of injustice”.

President Nicolás Maduro revealed that his government “made a change paying dearly”, but they had to be released, and “we delivered a group of convicted and confessed terrorists who came to Venezuela” -where they were captured in time, before trying to kill the main authorities and some civilian and military revolutionary leaders.
