The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed, in a statement, a special declaration issued by 27 countries that warned of the seriousness of the humanitarian situation in Gaza Strip.
The text also demanded the entry of aid into the coastal enclave and underscored the need for adopting urgent measures to stem the famine and prevent politicization.
The signatories of that document expressed their support for the mediators’ efforts to achieve a ceasefire there.
The Palestinian Foreign Ministry urged the world to express this international consensus into practical and binding measures to force Israel to stop its continued violations.
This week, the Ministry questioned, in another statement, the global failure to stop the aggression against Gaza and called for urgent measures against that country.
