Likeswise, the Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Party, Roberto Morales, also extended his congratulations to the Communist Party of Vietnam. “On this significant date, we reaffirm our willingness to continue deepening the excellent inter-party ties,” he added.

Morales also remembered the beloved leader Ho Chi Minh, on the 56th anniversary of his death today.

“His legacy continues to be a reference for the Communist Party of Vietnam and that brotherly people who today celebrate 80 years of independence,” he added.
