The head of State, who participated in the main event and military parade for the celebration, noted on his X profile that this commemoration “shows the defense of international peace, equity, and justice for present and future generations.”
Diaz-Canel added, “Between millennia of history and the present, which inspires millions, China currently leads the battle to rescue multilateralism and global governance.”
Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero, in turn, joined the congratulations and affirmed that Cuba’s presence at the celebration reaffirms the historical ties that unite both nations.
