According to a report by the central news agency ACNC, the North Korean president exchanged with experts on the production of nuclear substances and weapons.

The General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) also listened to a progress report on the plan to expand the nuclear production sector’s capacity by 2025 and learned about the latest developments in production.

When asked about next year’s plans and development prospects, Kim praised the state’s growing nuclear technical strength; he also expressed that possessing this potential is a great encouragement to the Party and a guarantee for the Korean people.

Also attending the meeting was Hong Sung Mu, First Deputy Department Head of the WPK Central Committee.
