Yanet Mora, a Tourism adviser at the Cuban Embassy in Rome thanked the participation of a large number of entrepreneurs of the sector, experts, and reporters from several specialized media outlets.
The event began with a presentation by Stefania Picari, director of the Ed e Subito Viaggi agency, who analyzed the company’s participation in the Cuban tourism market and the possibility of expanding it through initiatives aimed at easing travel and improving customer experiences.
Picari highlighted the safety of Cuba as a tourist destination and her agency’s commitment to increasing Italian tourism. The company’s sales director, Gianluca Spadaro, alluded to the new offerings “in which we always try to guarantee an excellent quality-price relation.”
The company’s commercial director, Ercole Lops, stated that the significant presence of Italian travel agencies at this meeting showed their interest in working with Cuba and “they continue to invest in increasing tourism to that country.”
Mora gave a broad presentation on her country’s leading attractions, highlighting the current Cuba Unica promotional campaign for that destination.
She highlighted through images and graphics, the characteristics of several of the most interesting sites and the new facilities offered to tourists.
