Thursday’s discussion featured territorial problems arising from colonialism, reparations for colonialism, and the United Nations system: The New Colonization?, in which national and international political figures participated.
The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry announced that “the collective adoption of a final declaration on concrete actions,” addressed to governments, international organizations, and social movements, is expected at the end of the day.
Foreign Minister Yvan Gil stated on his Telegram channel that the meeting “seeks to advance the construction of a path toward unity, sovereignty, full independence, and dignity for all.”
