Brasilia, Nov 4 (Prensa Latina) Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) will hear two appeals today that could lead to the removal and disqualification of Rio de Janeiro Governor Claudio Castro and the president of the state's Legislative Assembly, Rodrigo Bacellar.
