Rodriguez underscored on her Telegram platform that she concluded her visits to these two countries “with great satisfaction,” where she met with top officials and fostered alliances in strategic areas of mutual benefit.
The head of State wrote on the same platform, “We return to Venezuela with the firm conviction to continue boosting the development and economic diversification of our country, a nation of peace, immense potentialities, and a future full of opportunities.”
During her brief 24-hour stay in the Eurasian nation, Rodriguez held a bilateral meeting with her Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at the presidential office in Dolmabahçe Palace, in Istanbul.
The acting Venezuelan president announced that the Fifth Joint Commission between Caracas and Ankara will be held in this capital in November, and an International Fair will be organized by the end of 2026, in which important Turkish delegations and companies will participate.
Rodriguez arrived in Turkiye on Sunday after concluding a visit to India.
As part of her official agenda, she met with Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar on Monday.
