Santo Domingo, Jun 10 (Prensa Latina) The secretary of the Dominican Association of Household Workers Elena Pérez on Friday described as a 'strong blow' the decision of the Constitutional Court to annul the resolution of the Ministry of Labor to regulate the profession of domestic workers.
