Moscow, Aug 6 (Prensa Latina) Russia has strongly condemned today the attack by Kiev with a naval drone on an oil tanker near the Kerch Strait that connects the Black Sea with the Azov Sea, the spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stressed.
