Santiago, Chile, Feb 6 (Prensa Latina) The forest fires, the largest disaster in Chile in the last 14 years, will impact the economy, whose damages are being calculated in the public and private sectors. Finance Minister Mario Marcel announced a plan to mitigate the damages, including the first delivery to affected families of a bond of 1.5 million pesos (about 1,700 dollars) to purchase household goods and equipment lost in the fire.
