Santo Domingo, Sept 11 (Prensa Latina) The Dominican Republic's Communist Labor Party (PCT) expressed concern over the promulgation of Decree 500-25, by which President Luis Abinader links the so-called Cartel de los Soles (Cartel of the Suns) to the Venezuelan government.
