United Nations, Sep 22 (Prensa Latina) United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres affirmed that Ethiopia is an essential player in the multilateral body and reiterated the commitment to strengthening relations between the two sides, the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed on Friday.
