Quito, Jan 22 (Prensa Latina) Ecuador´s National Police Department on Monday reported the arrest of Carlos Arturo Landázuri, alias El Gringo, leader of the Oliver Sinisterra armed group, one of dissidents of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
