Yerevan, Sept 1 (Prensa Latina) The foreign ministers of Armenia and Pakistan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Ishaq Dar, respectively, signed a statement on the establishment of diplomatic relations, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan announced.
