Moscow, Jan 3 (Prensa Latina) The world´s five leading nuclear powers - Russia, China, UK, the United States and France - on Monday reiterated their commitment to the treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons (NPT) and pledge to stop the spread of nuclear weapons and to do all they can to ensure a nuclear war never happens.
