Havana, Sep 29 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero reported that the government maintains constant contact with authorities in the provinces impacted by heavy rains, particularly Guantanamo and Santiago de Cuba, where the deaths of two people are being mourned.
