Addis Ababa, Jan 28 (Prensa Latina) The International Committee of the Red Cross on Friday delivered medical supplies in Mekelle, the capital of Ethiopia's Tigray region, where a war broke out in November 2020, later extended to the regions of Afar and Amhara.
