Bolivia claims sovereignty over Silala artificial canals

La Paz, Apr 13 (Prensa Latina) Bolivia's agent to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), Roberto Calzadilla, today asked the Court to recognize his country's sovereignty over artificial canals and drainage mechanisms of the Silala River.
