Bolivia’s social organizations reject indefinite strike

La Paz, Oct 3 (Prensa Latina) Trade unionists, workers and farmers' women of Santa Cruz are leading a march today against the threat of a strike for an indefinite period of time approved in the town hall led by power groups last Friday in that Bolivian department.

Social leaders in Panama wait for the government to start talks

Panama City, Jul 21 (Prensa Latina) Social organizations protesting against the high cost of living in Panama are waiting for a government delegation to start talks in an effort to seek a solution. The demonstrators are representated by the Pueblo Unido por la Vida Alliance, leaders of the Ngäbe Buglé region, rural comunities and the Pueblo Organizado National Alliance (Anadepo).
