Montevideo, Feb 27 (Prensa Latina) The general secretary of the Communist Party of Uruguay (PCU), Juan Castillo, lashed out at the "inhuman and immoral U.S. blockade of Cuba, a detestable, disgusting act," as caravans protest in the world today.
