Havana, Jan 31 (Prensa Latina) The Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), and the Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) are working on a project to promote a responsible and safe sexual life among the most vulnerable groups.
