Luanda, Sept 1 (Prensa Latina) Angola inaugurated an oil refinery in the northern province of Cabinda, capable of producing 30,000 barrels of diesel, aviation fuel (Jet A1), heavy fuel oil, and naphtha daily in the first phase.
